Features

Everything you need to run your reviews.

Collect, manage, respond to and showcase customer reviews, from one easy dashboard built for service businesses.

How it fits together

Four jobs, one dashboard.

ReviewsGauge is organised around what a review actually has to do for your business, get collected, get seen, get answered, and get shown to the next customer.

Collect

Getting more genuine reviews is the part most businesses never systematise. Requests go out automatically the moment a job, appointment or visit ends (by email, SMS, a printed QR code, or an NFC tap at the counter) so every customer is asked while the experience is fresh, not four days later. Nothing is filtered: every customer gets the same request, which is what keeps the reviews you collect honest.

Manage

Reviews arrive wherever your customers happen to be, which usually means several platforms and several inboxes. Monitoring brings 60+ sources into one filterable view, alerts tell you the moment something needs attention, and sentiment analysis reads the reviews you do not have time to, grouping them into the themes that keep recurring.

Respond

Every review deserves a reply, and replying well takes longer than anyone expects. AI drafts a specific, on-brand response for each review in the reviewer’s own language, and holds it for your approval, so the hard part becomes editing rather than starting from a blank box.

Showcase

A review only works when someone sees it. Website widgets put your ratings on the pages where customers hesitate, structured markup makes your stars eligible to appear in search results, and social sharing turns your best feedback into branded posts, so the proof you have earned does some work.

FAQ

Review management, answered.

What does review management software actually do?
It handles four jobs: collecting reviews by asking customers automatically, monitoring what arrives across platforms, helping you reply to it, and displaying the results where customers will see them. Done by hand each of those is possible; done consistently across every customer, every week, it is not.
Which features do I actually need to start?
Review collection and monitoring. Everything else compounds on top of those two. There is no point analysing sentiment or embedding a widget until reviews are arriving steadily. Start by asking every customer, then add the rest as volume builds.
What is included on the free plan?
The free plan covers Google reviews for one business, forever, with no card required. Paid plans start at $49/month and add more review sources, AI replies and multiple locations, each with a 14-day trial.
Do you gate or filter reviews?
No. Review gating means intercepting unhappy customers before they post publicly, and it breaches both Google’s policy and FTC guidance. ReviewsGauge asks every customer the same way and never hides, filters or suppresses a review.
Can I manage more than one location?
Yes. Locations are managed from one account with per-location views, role-based access, and a leaderboard comparing sites on rating, response rate and sentiment.
How is this different from doing it manually?
Nothing here is impossible by hand. You can ask every customer, check four platforms daily and write every reply yourself. What breaks is consistency. Manual review programmes work for a fortnight and then lapse during the first busy week, which is exactly when they matter most. Automation is mainly a way of making the asking survive a bad month.
Do I need all of these features?
No. Most businesses use collection and monitoring constantly, replies often, and analytics occasionally. The showcase features earn their keep once you have a body of reviews worth showing. Turning everything on at once is the fastest way to use none of it properly.
Does it integrate with the tools I already use?
Review invites can be triggered from Zapier, Make, Pabbly Connect and n8n, from Google Sheets or Google Calendar, or from a Stripe payment, so requests fire off the events already happening in your business. These integrations are in beta; if you depend on a specific one, ask before you commit.
